Age Limit & Selection Process

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 36 years as on 01 January 2025
• Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwD as per government norms
• Selection Process: CBT-1 (Qualifying) → CBT-2 (Merit Basis) → Document Verification → Medical Examination

• 3 years Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline from recognized University
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Science with Physics & Chemistry (45% marks minimum)

• Experience in materials management preferred

• 3 years Diploma in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering
• OR B.Sc with Chemistry/Physics (45% marks)

• OR Degree in Engineering in relevant discipline
• Research experience in chemical/metallurgical field preferred

Salary & Pay Scale Details

• Pay Scale: Level 6 - ₹35,400 - 1,12,400/- (7th Pay Commission)
• Grade Pay: ₹4,200/- (as per previous pay commission)
• In-Hand Salary: ₹42,000 - 52,000/- per month (including allowances)
• During Training: ₹35,400/- basic pay
• After Training: ₹36,500/- basic pay + allowances
• Additional Benefits: DA (50%+), HRA (24%/16%/8% as per city), TA, Medical, Pension
• Career Growth: JE → Assistant Engineer → Divisional Engineer → Senior Divisional Engineer
