| Scientist: Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Civil/ Mechanical / Marine Engineering & Technician: 10th Pass/ ITI in Electrician/Instrumentation. | Scientist: 35 years to 50 years & Technician: 30 years. |
