- Junior Electrical Engineer: Level 7 - ₹44,900 - 1,42,400/- (7th Pay Commission)
- Assistant Executive Engineer: Level 8 - ₹47,600 - 1,51,100/- (7th Pay Commission)
- Probation Period Salary: ₹9,200 - 36,800/- (Fixed during probation of 1-2 years)
