Salary & Pay Scale Details
- Initial Training Allowance: ₹8,000/- per month during training
- Post-Commissioning Rank: Lieutenant in Military Nursing Service
- Pay Scale: ₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500/- per month (7th Pay Commission)
- Starting Consolidated Salary: ₹25,200/- per month (excluding DA)
- Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Military Service Pay (₹15,500/-), Medical, Free Accommodation
- Career Growth: Lieutenant → Captain → Major → Lieutenant Colonel → Colonel
- Service Type: Permanent Commission or Short Service Commission in Indian Army

Exam Difficulty & Competition Analysis
- Difficulty Level: High - Requires NEET qualification + multiple selection stages
